Position Overview
PULSE MENA is seeking a remote Data Entry Administrative Operator.
The role maintains accurate company records and provides administrative support across digital systems.
Data Entry and Management
- Enter, update, verify, and organize information in databases, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and online platforms.
- Identify and correct duplicate, incomplete, inconsistent, or incorrect records.
- Perform data checks and convert emails, forms, documents, and PDFs into structured records.
- Assist with data imports and exports and maintain filing and documentation standards.
Administrative Support
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, spreadsheets, internal records, and administrative forms.
- Organize electronic files, monitor shared inboxes, and route requests appropriately.
- Maintain calendars, schedules, task lists, trackers, and routine reports when required.
- Follow up on missing information and support routine remote office operations.
Quality and Communication
- Compare digital records with source information and follow data-validation procedures.
