Position Overview
The role maintains accurate, complete, organized, and accessible company information across digital systems.
The operator supports day-to-day administrative operations using spreadsheets, databases, online platforms, documents, and internal systems.
The position is designed for careful, dependable professionals who can manage repetitive work independently in a remote environment.
Data Entry and Management
- Enter, update, organize, and maintain records in databases, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and other digital platforms.
- Verify source documents, correct duplicate or inconsistent records, and perform regular checks for missing or inaccurate information.
- Convert emails, forms, documents, and PDFs into structured records and transfer data between systems when required.
- Maintain naming conventions, filing structures, and documentation standards.
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance, prepare and maintain documents and reports, and organize electronic files.
- Process forms, applications, invoices, orders, records, and other business documentation.
- Monitor shared inboxes, maintain calendars and trackers, prepare routine reports, and follow up on missing information.
