Job Summary
Hunter Foods is seeking detail-oriented Data Entry Staff to input, update, verify, and maintain data in company systems.
The role requires accurate typing, computer skills, familiarity with office and ERP systems, and careful handling of sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
- Verify data accuracy and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Generate reports using Excel and internal systems.
- Perform regular data quality checks and corrections.
- Coordinate with departments to collect required information.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical records.
Requirements
- At least one year of previous experience in a data entry role is mandatory.
- Basic computer skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Good typing speed.
- Familiarity with ERP or other software systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
