Factory Helper

Location: National Industries Park (NIP), Jebel Ali, Dubai

Salary: Fixed Salary + Monthly OT + Bonus

We are looking for hardworking, reliable, and physically fit general helpers to support our production, warehouse, and delivery operations.

• Assist with general production and packing activities.
• Perform product packing, labeling, and preparation.
• Support order picking, stock movement, loading, and unloading.
• Assist with production line and plant machinery operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace.
• Support warehouse and delivery activities as required.
• Follow company safety procedures, rules, and supervisor instructions.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Inventory, and Delivery teams when required.

• Basic education.
• Ability to communicate in English (speak, read, and write) and Hindi.
• Previous experience in a food production, FMCG, warehouse, or similar environment is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to perform labor-intensive work.
• Willing to work overtime as required.
• Ability to work according to company shifts and schedules.
• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to follow company rules and safety procedures.
