Use various analytical methods and custom-designed reports using (but not limited to) Excel, PowerBI, Structured Query Language (SQL) Server, SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) Tabular and Multidimensional to illustrate activities and trends for use by engineering and operations across various departments
• Use SQL databases to cleanse and maintain data sources for reporting purposes. Query SQL databases efficiently and effectively for high-performance reporting. Create SQL Server Views, Tables, Roles, Permissions and Agent Jobs as needed to securely deliver data to users.

• Create SSAS Tabular data models to provide infrastructure for reporting as needed
• Maintain data security protocols through use of Active Directory Groups, SQL Server, and SSAS Tabular Roles and Row-Level Security

• Function as liaison between Engineering and other departments including but not limited to Analytics and Information Technology across the company regarding data systems as needed, to communicate user needs, mitigate obstacles, and recommend enhancements to information systems and reports.
• The Data Engineer also proactively manages active and upcoming workloads, determines testing requirements, manages pipelines, and actively seeks to mitigate security risks.
• Champion peer-to-peer learning, collaborative code review, and fostering collective growth
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

The salary range indicated in this posting represents the minimum and maximum of the range for the position. The actual range will vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, prior experience, knowledge, skill, and education as they relate to the position’s qualifications, and internal equity.
The posted salary range reflects just one component of our total rewards package. Other components include health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, retirement plan, volunteer opportunities, paid holidays, overtime opportunities, and many more.
$62,500-$103,500 annually
