Role overview
The Selling Partner Insights and Analytics team is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to build the data platform powering the Paragon human-in-the-loop platform.
Paragon processes more than 500 million cases annually and supports more than 200 teams and 70,000 users across Selling Partner Services.
The role focuses on data-intensive applications, trusted data access, operational excellence, and AI/LLM-enabled use cases.
Key job responsibilities
- Design and operate scalable, cost-effective data infrastructure and pipelines on native AWS technologies.
- Curate data for reporting, analytics, and LLM or ML models.
- Define logical data models and architectures that scale with worldwide use cases.
- Gather requirements with business owners and technical leaders and shape data architecture.
- Drive standards for system efficiency, data availability, consistency, and compliance.
- Enable efficient exploration of large datasets and implement data access controls.
- Build automation and contribute across design, development, testing, and maintenance.
