Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from varied sources.
- Implement and maintain ETL and ELT processes for data warehousing and analytics.
- Ensure integrity, consistency, and security across data assets and systems.
- Monitor pipeline performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience with SQL, Python, or Scala for data engineering tasks.
- Proficiency with Apache Airflow, Apache Spark, or similar data pipeline frameworks.
- Knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure and their data services.
- Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and schema design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
