The Data Center Operations Technician is the primary point of contact for internal customers and handles varied technical challenges in a data center environment.
The role supports advanced hardware, system reliability, operational efficiency, technical knowledge sharing, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot technical issues on advanced servers, storage, and networking devices on a 24/7 basis.
- Maintain system reliability and availability.
- Participate in operational efficiency projects and share knowledge with global technical experts.
- Train less technical staff on service-owner issue best practices.
- Participate in the Amazon hiring process and candidate interviews.
