Data Architect / Engineer

-Partner with customers to understand their data landscape and connect solutions to real business outcomes. -Design and deliver modern data platforms and lakehouse architectures across Azure, Fabric and Databricks. -Embed governance, security and data access models into solutions from day one. -Lead workshops and advisory engagements with senior business and technology stakeholders. -Act as design authority across delivery, ensuring quality, consistency and best practice. -Contribute to reusable architectures, patterns and accelerators as the practice scales.

About you:

-Experience working with data platforms, pipelines, integration and warehousing. -Strong understanding of data modelling and structuring data for analytics and AI. -Hands-on experience with Azure data technologies (e.g. Synapse, Data Factory, SQL, Fabric concepts). -Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value. -Comfortable working in customer-facing environments and influencing stakeholders. -Curious, proactive and keen to continuously learn and grow. -Able to communicate complex ideas in a simple, practical way.
