Role
The role focuses on using data, AI, and machine learning insights to support better business decisions.
The position requires deep understanding of the organization’s data landscape and the ability to develop, query, iterate, and execute data objectives.
Key Deliverables
- Mentor junior staff and provide coaching and technical leadership.
- Deliver time-critical audience and ratings metrics with relevant comparisons.
- Perform planned and ad hoc complex data analysis and reporting tasks.
- Maintain data environments and create and manage relevant datasets.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity in reporting processes.
- Maintain governance covering metadata, security, quality, classification, and privacy.
- Monitor data and Tableau failures and resolve or escalate issues.
- Work on a shared rotating IST night, morning, and day shift schedule.
Experience
- At least 6–8 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in data, reporting, and analytics roles.
- Experience with star schema data warehouse environments.
- Experience with very large datasets containing many billions of records.
- Experience with audience and viewership data.
- Experience mentoring junior staff.
