Data and Analytics Lead

• Oversee the creation of interactive dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights.
• Work with stakeholders to define KPIs and ensure reporting meets business needs.
• Champion the development of self-service BI capabilities for business users.

• Implement and enforce data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, compliance, and security.
• Establish standards for data management, metadata, and stewardship.

• Partner with IT, operations, and business leaders to align data initiatives with organizational priorities.
• Act as a thought leader, educating stakeholders on the value of data and analytics.
• Build strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and consultants as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in data and analytics roles, with at least 3+ years in a leadership position.
• Proven strong technical and hand-on experience in managing data infrastructure, analytics, BI, and governance in a corporate environment.

• Strong technical background with experience in data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Redshift), ELT/ETL tools (e.g., dbt, Fivetran), and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Advanced knowledge of data modeling, SQL, Python, and/or R.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable business strategies.

• Experience in implementing machine learning models and AI solutions.

• Data infrastructure reliability and scalability.
• Business adoption and satisfaction with analytics and BI solutions.
• Improvement in data quality and compliance metrics.
• Successful delivery of data initiatives within timelines and budgets.

• Strategic Vision : Ability to develop and implement a forward-thinking data strategy that aligns with business goals.
• Technical Expertise : Deep understanding of BI, analytics, and data governance technologies and methodologies.
