Data and Analytics Lead

Experience and Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in data science, AI/ML or analytics with demonstrable hands-on delivery is required.
• Experience across multiple countries and cultures or in a regional or matrixed role is advantageous.
• FMCG, pharma or healthcare exposure is advantageous but not mandatory.

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on skills in Python, SQL and modern machine learning or GenAI frameworks are required.
• Working knowledge of cloud and data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Airflow, dbt or equivalent is required.
• Required AI experience includes statistical modelling, forecasting, Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG and fine-tuning.
• Working knowledge of MCP and agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph or Semantic Kernel is required.
• AWS or Azure familiarity is advantageous.

Applied and Business Skills

• Translate ambiguous regional business problems into scoped data and AI solutions.
• Manage parallel stakeholder relationships across geographies and explain technical work in business language.
• Use pragmatic build-versus-reuse judgement when evaluating global assets.
• Work independently through ambiguity and collaborate with global initiatives.
