CDM Smith is seeking a Data and AI Solution Manager to join our Business Technology team.

At CDM Smith, we see the value of what AI can bring to our company, and we are actively adopting and implementing AI Agents and Generative AI technologies to boost productivity across our business.

You will lead the development and execution of our enterprise AI platform.

This position will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, product users, technology teams and implementation partners to ensure our enterprise AI platform delivers measurable business value.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record leading the implementation of AI solutions, is a strategic thinker, has a strong delivery and technical background, is curious, and has exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
