- A bachelor's degree in data analytics, business analytics, statistics, finance, economics, information systems, or a related field - or equivalent relevant experience.
- Five or more years of progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, financial analysis, or a related discipline.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or Tableau, SQL, Business Central relational data, and business systems such as CRM, ERP, finance, e-commerce, or hospitality platforms.
- Experience with distributor set-up and reporting systems such as VIP, Compass, Diver, IDig
- The judgment to question assumptions, catch inconsistencies, find patterns, and translate complex findings into practical recommendations.
- Strong project leadership and communication skills, including the ability to make data understandable to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Experience in wine, consumer products, hospitality, retail, or multi-channel sales is a plus. A valid driver's license, insurable driving record, and current auto insurance are required.
