You'll own some of the more complex accounting work that keeps our financial reporting accurate, timely, and useful. You'll:
Own key month-end close and account reconciliation responsibilities.
Prepare and analyze financial statements and supporting schedules.
Identify trends, variances, and potential issues—and help translate the numbers into useful business insights.
Partner with the team to reconcile promotion costs and distributor accounts , helping maintain accurate spend-to-sales ROI.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis .
Data Analytics Manager
Serve as a senior accounting resource for the Finance team, including reviewing work and mentoring the Accountant.
Help support the transition of Financial Accounting & Reporting to AWG and ensure information is handed off accurately.
Spot potential close, reconciliation, or reporting risks early and communicate them quickly.
These responsibilities are directly based on the existing Accountant scope.

The current role targets completing close within five business days , with reconciliations reviewed before submission, and responding to standard Sales leadership reporting requests within three business days .
We're looking for someone who's analytical, dependable, curious, and comfortable taking ownership. Ideally, you'll have:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

4–7 years of progressive accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills.
The ability to organize competing priorities and meet deadlines without sacrificing accuracy.

Experience supporting a transition to an outsourced finance provider is also a plus.
