Role Overview
The Data Analyst will own the Custom Solutions practice.
The role scopes and delivers client-specific data requests that do not fit the standard product.
The analyst partners with Sales, Customer Success, Product, leadership, and clients to assess requests and deliver solutions.
Workplace
- The role is based in Citylitics' downtown Toronto office and requires at least three days in the office per week.
Triage and Scope Requests
- Field custom solution requests from Sales and Customer Success through Slack, demos, follow-ups, and live calls.
- Assess feasibility and turnaround before committing work to a client.
