The role focuses on data analysis, model development environments, insight generation, and collaboration with business stakeholders.
The expected experience level is 6–8 years.
Responsibilities
- Generate insights from data and articulate stories addressing business problems.
- Understand and shape business questions.
- Translate business problems into analytical solutions.
- Lead stakeholder conversations in English.
- Work with business stakeholders, Scrum Masters, designers, and testers in a Scrum team.
Mandatory requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in data or model development teams.
- Proficiency in SQL, including window functions, and Python for data analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Ability to derive insights from data and articulate stories addressing business problems.
- Ability to understand and shape business questions and translate business problems into analytical solutions.
- Very good stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient English language skills with the ability to lead stakeholder conversations.
- Knowledge and experience in Agile delivery mechanisms and Scrum teams.
