Role Overview
eClerx is seeking a Data Analyst focused on the banking domain who can turn complex data into clear, decision-ready insights.
The role combines advanced Excel and SQL analysis, Tableau reporting, performance tracking, forecasting, budget tracking, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage dashboards and reports using Tableau or other BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Qlik.
- Extract and validate data with SQL and use Excel macros, VBA, or Python for reporting automation.
- Perform deep-dive analysis in Advanced Excel using pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas, and data modeling.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly business performance KPIs while maintaining report accuracy and consistency.
- Drive forecasting, budgeting, variance tracking, actual-versus-plan analysis, and trend analysis.
- Translate data into executive summaries, insights, recommendations, and next actions.
- Handle large datasets, validate data quality, and troubleshoot inconsistencies across multiple sources.
- Gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions with Business, Operations, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Technology stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation for metric definitions, dashboard logic, refresh cycles, and governance standards.
