Required Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Technical Skills: Salesforce, SOQL, Data Migration, Data Quality tool, Snowflake and Power BI Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with data management technologies, database administration, and analytics tools. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
• Salesforce, SOQL, Data Migration, Data Quality tool, Snowflake and Power BI
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Work Experience: 4-7 years of experience in a similar analyst role , preferably within consulting or a related field. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of applications such as Salesforce, Marketo, Oracle & Zuora platforms.
• Ability to work in an agile environment with focus on LEAN approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Certifications: - Salesforce Admin or Salesforce Business Analyst PMP or Prince2 Microsoft Power BI Alteryx, Power Automate or any similar automation tool Gen AI/Agentic AI related course (Good to have)
