- Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
- Ensure data quality and accuracy in all analyses
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements
- Implement data governance best practices in analysis processes
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and modeling
- Develop new system and application implementation plans, custom scripts, and testing procedures
- Monitor performance and availability of systems and networks
- Plan, test, and implement upgrades for information systems
- Integrate new software applications into existing systems
- Maintain up to date technical documentation
- Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery procedures
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Information Technology, Data Analysis or relevant field
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
- Strong knowledge of system administration for complex operating systems
- Proficiency in designing, implementing, and maintaining mission critical systems
- Expertise in monitoring system performance and availability
- Ability to develop and implement backup and disaster recovery procedures
- Excellent command of oral and written English (Arabic preferred)

Key Responsibilities and Duties

- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and modeling.
- Participate in data governance audits and compliance activities.
- Develop new system and application implementation plans, custom scripts, and testing procedures to ensure operational reliability.
- Continuously monitor the performance and availability of systems and networks to ensure efficient and effective operation.
- Plan, test, and implement upgrades for information systems.
- Integrate new software applications into existing systems.
Requirements
- Skills and Abilities: Strong knowledge of system administration for complex operating systems.
- Proficiency in designing, implementing, and maintaining mission critical systems
- Expertise in monitoring system performance and availability.
- Ability to develop and implement backup and disaster recovery procedures.
- Strong problem solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills for maintaining technical records.
- Leadership and mentoring skills to guide team members and educate users.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and best practices in system administration.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in Information Technology, Data Analysis or relevant field.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or in a related field.
- Language: Excellent command of oral and written English and prefer Arabic.
- Licenses / Certifications: Preferred certifications: Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), Google Business Intelligence Professional, Google Data Analytics Professional
