Digital Operations & Data Analyst
**About the Role** Support the digital ecosystem for two brands in the proprietary trading space.
You'll combine hands-on community management and content operations with data analysis, tracking performance, surfacing insights, and helping drive smarter decisions across both brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Moderate multiple Discord servers, handling member queries and running community engagement activities
- Create graphics and manage the primary Instagram account
- Publish announcements and giveaways, and assist with newsletter distribution
- Support website updates and feature improvements
- Track and analyse performance data across social media, Discord, email, and web channels, producing regular reports with actionable insights
- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs across both brands
- Identify trends in community behaviour, campaign performance, and platform growth to inform strategy
- Conduct competitor research and present findings clearly to the team
- Contribute creative input and design ideas to internal projects
Qualifications
- Experience in community management, social media, digital operations, or a data-focused role
- Comfortable working with data tools: Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, spreadsheets, or similar
- Proficient with Discord moderation and graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear, practical recommendations
- Highly organised and self-directed, able to manage multiple responsibilities independently
- A background or interest in finance or trading is a plus
