- Provide general administrative and office support to the management team
- Translate and draft communications in Mandarin and English (messages, emails, documents)
- Assist with scheduling, follow ups, and coordination with clients, partners, and suppliers
- Support customer communications on chat and social channels where Mandarin is required
- Handle basic data entry, record keeping, and document organization
- Assist with ad hoc tasks and errands as directed by management
Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) and proficient in English
- Based in Dubai and able to work from office full time
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, email, Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
- Trustworthy, discreet, and able to handle confidential information
- Prior admin, assistant, or customer service experience preferred

About the Role
- We're looking for a reliable, organised Mandarin speaking Assistant to support our team from our Dubai office. You'll handle day to day administrative tasks, communications, and coordination between our English and Chinese speaking stakeholders.
