• Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Knowledge of and experience in statistics and data analysis is required. Intermediate or Advanced experience with Excel. Intermediate level R, Python, and SQL. Familiarity with SPSS, STATA, Dedoose, or similar software. Previous experience in data visualization with business intelligence software such as Power BI. Ability to multi-task, take directions, and focus on very detailed work is essential. Demonstrate initiative and creative approaches to problem solving. Demonstrate proactive communication skills, a collaborative mindset, ability to adapt to goals and timelines, and a willingness to learn. Administrative and organizational skills. Experience with data warehousing or ETL processes preferred. Familiarity with learning management systems, such as Canvas, preferred. Experience with student information systems, such as PeopleSoft, preferred. Familiarity with survey software, such as Qualtrics, preferred. The candidate should be able to write about quantitative and qualitative research methods, and report findings for a wide variety of people with varied backgrounds and experiences.
