Analyze corporate tax data and associated personal information across multiple systems and sources.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications
- Three to ten years of relevant experience in data analysis, data quality, data validation, business analytics, or related areas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on Advanced Excel experience for analysis, validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
- Ability to work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and define business rules.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency including Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, lookups, conditional logic, data validation, and analysis functions.
- Experience with data profiling, validation, reconciliation, quality assessment, and Data Quality scoring frameworks.
- Ability to identify missing, duplicate, inconsistent, or invalid records.
- Understanding of data structures, field-level analysis, source-to-target validation, data standards, and business rules.
- Experience preparing analytical reports, data quality summaries, dashboards, and management reports using Excel.
- SQL, Power BI, other analytics tools, data governance, and enterprise data quality frameworks are advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze corporate tax and personal data for availability, quality, and usability.
- Review fields for completeness, accuracy, consistency, validity, and timeliness.
- Establish Data Quality scores and identify gaps across systems and sources.
- Validate data against business rules, standards, and expected formats.
- Perform profiling and reconciliation to identify inconsistencies.
- Document findings, dependencies, gaps, and improvement areas.
- Support scalable collection, validation, and maintenance processes.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and data teams to resolve quality issues.
Additional Experience
- Experience with corporate tax, taxation, finance, or regulatory data is advantageous.
- Exposure to personal or customer data and data privacy requirements is advantageous.
- Experience designing data collection and customer response processes is advantageous.
