Job Summary

BigTapp Analytics is seeking a Business Analyst with corporate banking expertise for AI/ML-driven transformation initiatives.

The role bridges senior banking stakeholders with data engineering and data science teams.

The position focuses on identifying business challenges, defining AI/ML use cases, and translating requirements into functional specifications.

Mandatory Skills

Strong corporate banking experience across lending, trade finance, cash management, treasury, risk management, and relationship management.
Business analysis experience in banking analytics, enterprise transformation, and AI/ML-driven initiatives.
Understanding of banking KPIs including NIM, RWA, CLV, profitability metrics, and customer lifecycle.
Experience with requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, BRD/FSD preparation, functional documentation, and UAT coordination.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, data science collaboration models, and banking systems or data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Identify corporate banking pain points and AI/ML opportunities with business stakeholders.
Translate requirements into analytical use cases and functional specifications for data science and engineering teams.
Define use cases for churn prediction, credit risk scoring, revenue forecasting, fraud detection, profitability optimization, and next best action.
Create use-case blueprints with data requirements, constraints, KPIs, and success metrics.
Coordinate between client business teams and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Support UAT, business alignment, stakeholder presentations, post-deployment monitoring, and compliance with banking standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
CBAP or AI/Data Science fundamentals certifications are advantageous.
UAE/GCC banking client experience and digital transformation experience are preferred.
Consulting or enterprise transformation program experience is preferred.

Technical and Soft Skills

Business analysis, requirement gathering, banking data and analytics, and BRD/FSD documentation.
AI/ML use-case understanding, banking KPI analysis, data interpretation, and stakeholder reporting.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and presentation skills.
Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.

Work Experience

7-10 years of experience in corporate banking, business analysis, banking analytics, and AI/ML-driven transformation initiatives.
Experience managing senior banking stakeholders and enterprise-level business requirements.
