Role Overview
Help organizations define and execute data and AI transformation strategies to drive growth, innovation, and competitive advantage.
Assess current capabilities and create actionable roadmaps that support AI-first enterprise transformation.
Combine business strategy, technology vision, and AI transformation expertise to unlock value from data and AI investments.
Strategy and Transformation
- Shape enterprise data and AI visions and define strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Assess maturity across data, analytics, AI capabilities, operating models, and governance.
- Develop AI-first operating models, technology blueprints, business cases, investment strategies, and transformation roadmaps.
- Embed Responsible AI principles into strategic planning and governance frameworks.
Advisory and Innovation
- Identify the people, processes, and technologies needed to scale and operationalize AI solutions.
- Define ecosystem and partnership strategies to accelerate AI innovation and value realization.
- Facilitate executive stakeholder discussions and advise on AI-enabled business reinvention.
