About the Role

- Oversee and enforce compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulations
- Conduct risk assessments and audits
- Prepare compliance documentation and reports
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address cybersecurity issues
Requirements
- Must be a Saudi National
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
- Strong practical experience with Saudi national cybersecurity frameworks (NCA ECC, CSCC, DCC, CCC, OTCC, NCS, NDMO, PDPL)
- Good working knowledge of international frameworks (ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, PCI DSS, GDPR)
- One or more relevant certifications preferred (ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, GCCC, CISSP, CISM, CISA)
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in multi stakeholder environment

- Preference for L2 Consultants: 5 8 years; L3 Consultants: 9 12 years
Knowledge of Cybersecurity Standards
- National Standards: NCA ECC, CSCC, DCC, CCC, OTCC, NCS, NDMO, PDPL
- International Standards: ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, PCI DSS, GDPR
Certifications
- One or more relevant certifications preferred: ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, GCCC, CISSP, CISM, CISA
- Candidates actively pursuing relevant certifications are also welcome
Communication & Professional Conduct
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex cybersecurity concepts
- Proven ability to collaborate in multi stakeholder environment
- High standards of professionalism, customer engagement, and confidentiality
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and diplomacy
