Cyber Security Delivery Manager

Manage the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity services, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments.

Oversee security operations including vulnerability management, threat detection, incident response, identity and access management, and governance activities.

Ensure timely implementation of security controls, remediation activities, and risk mitigation plans.

Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead cybersecurity projects from initiation through closure.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

Manage project schedules, dependencies, and risks.

Provide regular status reporting to senior leadership and customers.

Act as the primary point of contact for customers and executive stakeholders.

Conduct service reviews, governance meetings, and executive briefings.

Build trusted relationships with business leaders and technology teams.

Align cybersecurity initiatives with business objectives and customer expectations.
