Role Overview

Project Responsibilities

• Manage proof-of-concept scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project initiation, customer and partner engagement, internal approvals, and resource alignment.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and ensure timely follow-up on actions and progress.
• Coordinate on-site validation of drivability, system stability, operational readiness, and local-condition performance.
• Assess infrastructure, refueling, logistics, regulatory, and service-readiness requirements.

Stakeholder and Commercial Work

• Align regional and headquarters teams across hydrogen, R&D, service, commercial vehicle, marketing, and related functions.
• Manage relationships with distributors, hydrogen suppliers, government authorities, customers, and strategic partners.
• Identify hydrogen business opportunities and develop business cases and partnership models.
• Recommend pathways from proof of concept to commercial or scale-up deployment.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, budgets, presentations, marketing materials, and event support materials.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Energy Management, or a related field.
• At least eight years of relevant experience in commercial vehicles, hydrogen mobility, alternative-fuel vehicles, renewable energy, automotive business development, or project management.
• Knowledge of truck and bus operations, fleet requirements, and customer needs.
• Understanding of eco-friendly vehicles, hydrogen infrastructure, and new-energy solutions.

Capabilities and Preferences

• Experience leading cross-functional projects from planning through implementation and reporting is required.
• Strong commercial, analytical, stakeholder-management, problem-solving, negotiation, consensus-building, and strategic-thinking abilities are required.
• Strong English proficiency and clear, structured, solution-oriented communication are required.
• An advanced degree is a plus; Arabic and/or Korean language ability is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic international environment and adapt to different work environments is required.

Work Pattern

• The role includes normal office duties at the regional headquarters.
• The role requires approximately 10% travel and includes on-site validation activities.
