Customs & Transport Analyst | Ponte de Sôr

As our Customs & Transport Analyst, you will be the cornerstone of our international logistics and trade compliance operations.

You will own end-to-end customs processes, ensure regulatory compliance across all import/export activities, and optimize our transport flows — with a high degree of independence and accountability for results.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role suited for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, technically complex environment.

· Manage all import and export declarations, ensuring full compliance with national and international regulations (EU, US EAR/ITAR, dual-use goods, etc.)

· Classify products under the correct HS/HTS codes, with particular attention to UAV components and electronics

· Obtain and maintain necessary export licenses, permits, and authorizations

· Serve as the primary point of contact with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and brokers

· Prepare and review all necessary documentation for import/export activities, including bills of lading, invoices, and certificates of origin, export licenses

· Monitor regulatory changes and proactively adapt internal procedures accordingly

· Conduct internal compliance audits and maintain accurate trade documentation

· Coordinate and optimize international and domestic shipments (air, sea, road) for components, assemblies, and finished UAV products

· Negotiate rates and service agreements with carriers and logistics partners

· Track shipments, resolve delays or incidents, and ensure on-time delivery performance

· Analyze transport costs and identify optimization opportunities

· Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to align logistics with business needs
