Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 3–5 years of customs brokerage experience
Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred
Certifications
U.S. Customs Broker License preferred or in progress
Knowledge & Skills
In‐depth knowledge of U.S. customs regulations and import/export procedures
Experience with HTS classification, valuation, and country‐of‐origin determination
Proficiency with customs brokerage software and MS Office
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‐solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
