Role overview
Customer Team Members provide friendly, helpful service in a fast-moving Co-op food store.
The role supports customers and the local community through store, bakery, post office, or online order activities depending on the store.
Pay and contract
- Pay is £13.04 per hour.
- The role is a permanent part-time contract for 20 hours per week plus regular overtime.
- Full paid training is provided through mobile-friendly assessments.
Working pattern
- Shifts include opening, middle, and closing shifts.
- At least two shifts will be closing shifts and at least one shift will be at the weekend.
Work setting
- The role is based in a Co-op food store and includes hands-on work on the shop floor, tills, and in-store bakery.
What you'll do
- Support the day-to-day running of the store through friendly and thoughtful service.
- Work with colleagues to keep the store running smoothly.
