Role overview
Join the Co-op team as a Customer Team Member at the Latchford store in Warrington.
Deliver friendly, helpful service while supporting daily store operations and the local community.
The role includes work in the shop, tills, in-store bakery and potentially online order picking and packing.
Pay and contract
- Pay is £13.04 per hour.
- The contract is permanent and part time for 12 hours per week, plus regular overtime.
- Full paid training is provided through mobile-friendly assessments.
Working pattern
- The role includes a mix of opening and closing shifts, including weekends.
- At least two shifts will be opening shifts and at least one shift will be a closing shift.
- Availability can be discussed further at interview.
Store responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day running of the store through friendly and thoughtful customer service.
- Work with colleagues to keep the store running smoothly.
- Work on the shop floor, tills and in-store bakery.
