About the Role

- Handle and resolve issues raised by customers/partners with patience and clarity
- Keep records of calls and interactions as needed for reporting or documentation
- Assist internal teams with operational support and coordination as required

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi or Urdu
- Strong listening and problem solving abilities
- Organized and detail oriented
- Prior experience in customer support or call center environment preferred
- Basic computer skills, spreadsheets and Microsoft Office tools
