Role Overview
Sutherland is seeking enthusiastic, people-oriented Customer Support Representatives to support customers of a global streaming media and entertainment company.
The role focuses on customer assistance, streaming-service troubleshooting, problem diagnosis, and rapport building in a remote environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service or contact center environment.
- Experience with streaming services and basic troubleshooting on phones, smart TVs, and similar devices.
- Basic PC keyboarding skills and Microsoft Office experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Technical support experience.
- Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and use several applications simultaneously.
- CRM application experience is preferred.
- Home internet access must provide at least 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download speeds.
Customer Support Duties
- Support customers of a global streaming media and entertainment service.
- Provide an exceptional guest experience while assisting customers.
- Troubleshoot streaming services on phones, smart TVs, and similar devices.
- Diagnose customer problems and provide effective solutions.
