Role Description

  • We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive for a full time, on site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve support tickets, and address technical issues.
  • Your responsibilities include maintaining customer satisfaction, providing efficient online support, and ensuring service excellence in resolving client concerns and queries.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Forex customer support.
  • Strong understanding of Forex trading platforms and client requirements.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Experience in assisting clients with account related issues, deposits, withdrawals, and trading related queries.
  • Customer focused mindset with the ability to build long term relationships.
  • Previous experience in the banking or financial services sector is an advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are preferred.
