Role Overview
The employer is seeking an E-Commerce Representative for its E-Commerce division.
The role handles customer inquiries, resolves issues, provides accurate product and service information, and supports a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer calls, emails, and chat messages about product information, orders, billing, and returns.
- Guide customers through ordering and explain available products, services, and promotions.
- Collect and verify customer information for each order.
- Receive orders, coordinate deliveries with logistics partners, and update customers on delivery timelines.
- Use internal resources and systems to research solutions and support customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, issues, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Track open issues, provide order-status updates, and follow up through resolution.
- Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Previous call center or customer service experience, especially in an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to handle issues calmly and professionally.
- Comfort using CRM software, e-commerce platforms, and other digital tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
- Strong organization and attention to detail when handling high inquiry volumes.
- Willingness to work morning and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
