About the Role
Rockwell Automation is seeking a Customer Support Agent to manage customer relationships and support the external sales team.
The role involves handling inquiries, providing updates on orders, and preparing quotations.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer care and strong administrative skills.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and manage a geographical area to maximise its sales potential.
- Maintain customer relationships.
- Handle enquiries, provide updates on ongoing orders and repairs.
- Prepare quotations, process invoices, and arrange collections.
- Assist with after sales queries, investigate customer complaints, and ensure that they are dealt with to the customers' satisfaction.
- Provide regular information to assist management with decision-making.
- Work closely with our workshops, escalating issues and relating feedback to customers.
Requirements
- Minimum GCSE in English & Mathematics.
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Care.
- Experience providing detailed troubleshooting and resolutions to users.
- Administrative skills.
