About The Role
We are seeking a technical expert with hands-on experience in Agent development and configuration, ideally with exposure to HiAgent or similar LLM-based Agent platforms.
You will serve as a core technical member of the customer success team, working directly at the client site to support implementation, configuration, optimization, and daily operations of the HiAgent platform.
This role requires strong technical ability, customer-facing experience, and readiness for 24/7 on-call support in a mission-critical enterprise environment.
1. HiAgent Implementation & Configuration
- Configure, deploy, and integrate HiAgent based on customer business requirements
- Support Agent application scenarios and system integration
2. Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide frontline technical support for Agent development, API issues, and workflow orchestration
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in production environments
3. Agent Optimization
- Guide customers in designing and improving AI Agents
- Share best practices for performance and reliability
- Collaborate with R&D teams by reporting issues and improvement feedback
4. Training & Enablement
- Deliver training sessions for customer technical and business teams
- Create documentation and scenario-based technical guides
5. Product Feedback
- Collect customer requirements and communicate product improvement suggestions to internal teams
Requirementstechnical Skills
- Experience in AI/LLM application development or Agent-based systems
- Familiarity with frameworks such as **LangChain, LlamaIndex**, or similar tools
- Proficiency in **Python or Go** (ability to read/debug code required)
- Strong understanding of **RESTful APIs, system integration, and API troubleshooting**
- Experience working with LLM-based applications is highly preferred
Experience
- Background in AI engineering, solution architecture, or technical support roles
- Experience supporting enterprise clients or working in consulting/IT services is a plus
- Overseas project delivery or on-site customer support experience is an advantage
Language Requirements
- **Chinese:** Native or fluent (required)
- **English:** Fluent (reading, writing, and technical communication required)
- **Arabic:** Optional but highly preferred
Work Conditions
- Full-time on-site role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- Must be willing to support **24/7 on-call and standby shifts (rotational)**
- 5-shift system
- Direct collaboration with customer engineering and operations teams
Bonus Points
- Hands-on experience with HiAgent or similar cloud AI agent platforms
- Experience in large enterprise IT environments, especially in the Middle East
- Background in AI product deployment or enterprise SaaS implementation
