About the Role

  • We are seeking experienced Technical Support Specialists with expertise in Data Products to join a customer success team supporting a large scale privatization project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  • As a key member of the customer success team, you will be stationed at the client site and serve as the primary technical contact for data product solutions, including CDP, GMP, Finder + AB Tester, DataWind, and related platforms.
  • You will provide technical support, implementation guidance, troubleshooting, and customer enablement to ensure customers maximize the value of their data assets and analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Product Technical Support: Act as the primary on site contact for customer issues related to data products.
  • Problem Diagnosis & Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve issues involving data collection accuracy, data processing workflows, reporting and analytics discrepancies, customer segmentation and tagging logic, A/B testing configurations, and marketing automation processes.
  • Implementation & Solution Guidance: Support customers with tracking plan design, data integration and onboarding, customer tagging systems, marketing campaign configuration, and dashboard and analytics setup.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Document and communicate customer issues clearly and work closely with R&D, engineering, and data development teams to identify root causes and deliver solutions.
  • Customer Success & Enablement: Conduct knowledge sharing sessions and provide ongoing guidance to help customers improve their use of data products and analytics capabilities. Drive adoption, value realization, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Technical Support, Data Product Implementation, Data Analysis, or Customer Success for Data Platforms.
  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Business Intelligence (BI), User Behavior Analytics, A/B Testing Platforms, or Marketing Automation Solutions is highly preferred.
  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries.
  • Understanding of Data Warehouse concepts and ETL processes.
  • Experience with at least one big data technology such as Hive, Spark, or ClickHouse.
  • Knowledge of User Behavior Analytics, Customer Data Management, A/B Testing, or Marketing Automation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving capabilities.
  • English: Fluent written and verbal communication.
  • Arabic: Professional working proficiency preferred.
  • Chinese: Ability to collaborate with internal teams in Chinese is a strong advantage.
  • Must be willing to participate in 24/7 on call and standby support rotations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting data products from major cloud vendors such as AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, or similar.
  • Experience designing and implementing customer tagging solutions.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation and data analytics initiatives in the Middle East market.
  • Experience delivering overseas projects or providing on site customer support.

Work Arrangement

  • Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
  • Work Mode: Full time, on site at the customer location.
  • Must be willing to collaborate closely with customer data, business, and IT teams.
