Role Overview
The Customer Value Architect turns a deployed MindBridge product into a durable operating capability inside the customer organization.
The role owns customer value architecture after operating strategy has been defined and translates goals, use cases, workflows, stakeholders, and executive priorities into scalable adoption and value realization.
The role combines audit, finance, transformation, change management, analytics, and executive communication.
Customer Adoption and Value
- Translate operating-model strategy into customer rituals, success checkpoints, enablement plans, and business reviews.
- Embed MindBridge into recurring workflows and help customers progress from initial value to broader transformation.
- Design persona-based adoption plans and coordinate enablement assets with Customer Education.
- Identify adoption friction and help establish champions, governance rhythms, and centers of excellence.
