Customer Success Manager Company: ECHO PRODUCTIONS LTD Location: London, United Kingdom Employment Type: Full-time Salary: £64,000 - £79,000 per annum Job Overview ECHO PRODUCTIONS LTD is seeking a proactive and dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our growing team in London . In this full-time role, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will be a passionate advocate for our customers, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes while using our products and services. You will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, product adoption, and retention, ultimately contributing to the overall success of our business. Responsibilities * Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a dedicated portfolio of clients. * Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and business objectives to ensure they derive maximum value from our solutions. * Manage the entire client lifecycle, from effective onboarding and training to ongoing support and success planning. * Proactively monitor customer health, identify potential risks, and implement strategies to mitigate churn. * Conduct regular business reviews with clients to demonstrate value, address concerns, and explore opportunities for growth. * Collaborate closely with our sales and product teams to identify upsell opportunities and provide valuable customer feedback for product enhancement. * Organise and deliver training sessions and webinars to help clients optimise their use of our services. * Act as the voice of the customer within the company, advocating for their needs and contributing to a customer-centric culture. Qualifications * Proven experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role. * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with key stakeholders. * Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset. * Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously. * Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly desirable. * A genuine passion for helping customers succeed. * Must be based in or have the ability to commute to our London office.
