Role Overview
Customer Success Managers oversee the post-sales lifecycle for Stripe users and help maximize the value of their investment.
The role supports user success, retention, expansion, and mutually beneficial renewal outcomes.
The manager will own a book of enterprise customers and deliver workshops, business reviews, payments insights, and thought leadership.
Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives and technical account managers on post-sale customer optimization, retention, and growth.
- Manage account health, adoption, usage, renewals, growth, referrals, and customer satisfaction.
- Advise customers on payments and products using payment performance and industry insights.
- Conduct business reviews covering priorities, metrics, product roadmap, and value optimization.
- Share customer feedback with Product Management, Engineering, Support, Marketing, and Sales.
- Support account expansion by identifying opportunities that improve customer success.
