- Proactively assess customer health and influence corrective actions
- Drive customer communication and engagement strategies
- Influence internal alignment by connecting customers with D2L teams
- Drive a structured customer feedback strategy
- Influence customer lifetime value through health indicators and advocacy
- Lead enablement for end users and administrators
- Maintain awareness of product enhancements and industry trends
