Key skills for this role
Act as the main contact for assigned customer accounts
Manage orders from inquiry through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Provide updates on order status, shipping dates, pricing, and product availability
Review RFQs/RFPs and ensure all required information is complete for quoting
Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Production, Planning, Sourcing) to ensure smooth order flow

Support KPI tracking (orders, revenue, quote turnaround, win rate, etc.)
Train or mentor junior team members as needed
Travel occasionally (up to once per quarter)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze and act on data
Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple departments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred
