Customer Success & Implementation Manager

Requirements

• 2–5 years in SaaS customer success, implementation, onboarding, or solutions consulting
• You have personally configured a CRM or business tool for a customer — not overseen it, done it. Be ready to walk us through one end to end.
• Comfort with data: imports, deduplication, field mapping, cleaning up a spreadsheet somebody else made
• You can run a training session for a room of non-technical salespeople and hold their attention
• Strong written and spoken English; working proficiency in Hindi
• You're comfortable being measured on customer outcomes, not activity volume
• Pipedrive CRM experience (genuinely optional — we can teach the product, we can't teach the instinct)
• Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier or Make, or with API-level integrations
• Experience with SMB customers, where you carry many accounts rather than a handful
