Role Overview
Drive customer satisfaction and success across the Middle East for Backbase's Engagement Banking Platform.
Increase product adoption, license consumption, customer satisfaction, and net annual recurring revenue.
The role involves frequent travel across the region and engagement with senior customer stakeholders.
Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key customers across the region.
- Engage senior stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle as a trusted advisor.
- Facilitate complex discussions and resolve adoption and license consumption challenges.
Value Maximization
- Identify opportunities to maximize customer value from Backbase products.
- Localize business cases and provide strategic guidance aligned with regional and bank-specific goals.
- Develop joint success plans and track business case realization throughout the program lifecycle.
