Role Overview
Drive customer satisfaction and success across the Middle East for Backbase’s Engagement Banking Platform.
Ensure customers derive maximum value from Backbase solutions while supporting product adoption, license consumption, retention, and Net ARR growth.
Frequent travel across the region is required, with engagement ranging from C-suite decision-makers to programme leaders.
Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key customers across the region.
- Engage senior stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle to understand evolving needs.
- Facilitate complex discussions and resolve adoption or license-consumption challenges.
Value Maximization
- Identify opportunities to maximize the value customers derive from Backbase products.
- Provide strategic guidance and best practices aligned with regional and bank-specific goals.
- Develop joint success plans with senior stakeholders.
- Lead roadmap planning and track business-case realization throughout the programme lifecycle.
