Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Up to two years of relevant experience in customer success, programme management, project management, consulting, technology delivery, analytics, operations or another customer-facing environment.
  • Demonstrated interest in cloud technology, artificial intelligence, digital transformation and customer success.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and work with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage priorities, follow through on commitments and contribute within a team environment.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship, academic project or professional experience in technology, consulting, customer success, project management, business operations or a related area.
  • Foundational understanding of cloud computing, AI, cybersecurity or enterprise technology.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Security, Copilot or other business technology solutions.
  • Analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
