Responsibilities
- Support customer success plans aligned with business priorities and desired outcomes.
- Help customers adopt Microsoft cloud, AI, and digital solutions.
- Understand customer environments, transformation objectives, priorities, and challenges.
- Coordinate customer activities and follow-up actions with internal teams and partners.
- Monitor solution health and identify adoption opportunities, risks, blockers, and next steps.
- Contribute to customer meetings, success reviews, adoption discussions, and transformation initiatives.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant insights to internal stakeholders.
- Develop trusted customer relationships under experienced Customer Success guidance.
